With the Refund Protect API, travel companies can offer their customers a Refundable Booking option on nonflexible bookings, so if the customer cannot attend for an unforeseen reason, the customer will receive a 100% refund within 72 hours.

The service is no cost for travel companies and refunds are entirely handled and paid on behalf of travel companies by the administrators of the Refund Protect service - Protect Group.

In addition, by offering Refundable Bookings to customers, travel companies earn additional revenue on every Refundable transaction sold, helping travel companies earn back lost revenue caused by the pandemic.

The Refundable T&Cs are designed to include an unlimited set of unforeseen and emergency circumstances including highly sensitive COVID-19 scenarios, in order to refund as many customers as possible for our travel companies.
